Depending on which booster packs you pick you will have a harder or easier start to your journey. I would recommend getting 2 food packs and heading for the woods immediately

If you need any more help it’s probably better to join the discord since that’s a better place for back and forth conversation like this
When you start a new game you will need to setup camp in one of the starting locations to farm up some cards (you can go to the woods or decide to wait and setup camp by the river location - instead of immediately fording it)
Hey! Thanks for playing my game. Yes this in intentional. The tutorial shows you how to craft a wagon but then subsequent New Game starts just give you a free wagon card to start so you don’t have to manually craft it each time.
