We probably got away with a few fouls on them but there were a few no calls on ISU, so that number could have been worse.
We pound the ball inside so we always shoot more free throws and ISU plays aggressive D outside too. Only really one foul was BS and it was because Bradley hooked Jefferson where the refs couldn’t see it and made it look like he was being fouled.
So Baylor played tough the whole game and led for a good long bit of it but Arizona toughened up on defense and hit some critical shots down the stretch and made their free throws and they came away victorious in Waco. Or was there something else on tonight?
As an Arizona fan I will just say… y’all ran into probably the toughest Arizona team mentally and physically since 2001. A couple bounces here or there go a different way and things may have turned out different. See you in the Final Four.
