How do you all keep your heads up high, after something happens that changes how you fundamentally think, something happened back in April last year and it warped how I think, I find it hard to trust people and myself and I'm tired Im hyper aware of everything now and its messing up my relationships

I'm getting there its almost fully gone away now but Jesus waking up during the night feeling like I was getting stabbed in the skull sucked nurses were amzing though

I am out of hospital now and home recovering still a little sore but doing much better

Will come back to posting soon just dealing with some IRL health issues here is a pic in the meantime love you all
