Yet another warning that in a way, Europe is already in the grey zone between war and peace. There have been many break-ins in water towers in the region over the past months. Europe needs to better protect its critical infrastructure!
Unfortunately, this is the new reality. We hope that policy makers will offer financial support to water operators to improve their preparedness and resilience.
