Eve left for that personal service bot with the 7 points of articulation and he never recovered.
Ink drawing of a severed hand
They knew it was Henry's hand because of the disproportionately large thumb. He was always very sensitive about it.
Drawing of yellow robot on treads holding a robot head. Decapitated robot lies, spilling oil. But cute.
"I found it this way."
Monochromatic yellow drawing of robots marching with overlord robot behind
EV was a benevolent mind controlling overlord robot, EV said.
The world of small press comics is rich and lovely.
Uncanny
Color drawing of woman's face, eyes down, calm. Red hair, black necklace
A soft moment.
Ink sketch of grinning plump witch holding little jackolantern and maybe flying
"Am I late for Halloween?"
Over 25?! Where can I bid?
Nah, don't think so
But if you think of hp as luck and fatigue as well as damage, it makes more sense I think. Arrow doesn't have to hit to wear you down. You know?
Exactly my experience
Not bad, just different. Super fun combat dungeon crawler. Not my choice, but pretty well designed.
Drawing of beefy warrior guy with blond hair, helmet, sword, and tight buns.
"I see you looking. Don't worry... it's just a scratch."
Sketch of a possibly pregnant woman lying on a couch looking very tired. Skull on table
I don't remember why I sketched this exhausted pregnant woman.
Thanks!
This looks cool
Wax golem. A big triangle shaped figure with lit candles all over it
Wax golem! Done for @andysolberg.bsky.social lo these many years ago. Still a fave of mine.
Ink sketch of a muscular warrior woman in chainmail bikini looking kind of irritated.
"Why are your ceilings so god damn low?" I'm gonna rip your stupid head off now."
And to be clear, we never really used it in a negative way. We just said "Hey, you wanna play a shotgun adventure?" and one of us would run it. It was never real pressure, you know? Always fun for those of us who liked to DM.
Looks like they started doing that in 2005. And I think the original Delta Green was in the 90s. Since my gaming circle was saying shotgun game as early as 1985-1987, they're probably not connected. But that's a great observation! It probably has similar or same roots? I dunno.
You know I'm born to ink
my inking really stinks
but that's the way I like it baby
I don't wanna sketch forever!
And don't forget the gutters
Bw drawing of hag profile, long tongue, black eyes
Give us a kiss
I've used that PO Box since 1994 to trade and sell comics and games and have published it in every book I made since then. But thanks for asking!
Sketchbook drawing of Lemmy in black skull hat and smoking
Killed by death. Deaf forever!
As a kid, I often sat silently in my room listening to every sound as my parents fought, hoping it didn't get really bad. My own country has been making me feel like a kid again in the worst way possible.
I hope everyone is ok tonight. I want to keep hoping things will get better soon. I hope.
It was free art paper! Just haul unneeded printouts from work.
I definitely am not a typeface nerd. When I see Souvenir, it makes me feel like a kid again. Hard to think of fonts as being dated, but they totally can be.
Pencil sketch of a plump woman in a plaid dress
Old sketch, c. 1997-1998. Not exactly sure. Drawn on dot matrix printer paper, like almost everything I did back then.
I am curious about the influence of popular books within subcultures. In TTRPGs, AD&D left a big impact and those books used Future, which is a sans. I know for me I love Souvenir because it was used in the 1981 D&D basic books. But outside RPGs, I think Souvenir is kind of a joke?
Pic of a jukebox with CDs. Insert coin, flip through selections, select, enjoy. Play that Hoobastank song 15 times in a row. Start a fight.
Ah, ok. I'm unfamiliar. It's been a hot minute since I went to bar. I was thinking of this:
