Completely agree with this. Certainly in New Zealand they think they’re protected by workers comp; not sure in Australia but neither are currently the subject of litigation. Litigation might make them change their position.
It can’t be - it’s against the laws so mitigation is irrelevant. Wonder what verbal guidance the match officials have been given because it’s such a uniform approach, it would seem to have come from the top.
