PS - I needed a break from the ultra wealthy life style of my royal family and someone simple to play :)

For now my SIM and his pup are staying at a small rundown motel in Willow Creek. It's up for sale (or foreclosure) but for the moment still open for business and cheap. There is a community center across the street, some quiet neighbors, and a small diner next door. #Sims4

<< No defense of the cheese though lol. That added some fat but used low-skim version. It could easily be skipped. How you make the mash potatoes cam also me more or less healthy. You could use sweet potato which is a step up health wise. I took a middle ground balance of healthy/rich.

Nice - diet can be a tough battle. I used a healthier cream of mushroom soup - lower salt and lower fat content. Because I had the soup I was able to use 99% fat free ground turkey since the soup replaced the "wet/juice" of the low fat turkey - keeping the dish still moist and not dry. >>

Ah thanks! He might get some stubble/beard and longer hair. This was the base I came up with since I made him from scratch with whatever rolled initially. I tend to like the shaved/short hair, thick brows, and sort of military/jock feel.

Aye. I don't eat beef, or pork, or really any meat besides some turkey, chicken, and rarely, tuna fish. Mostly vegetarian, although I do eat dairy and eggs - though I keep those down as well.

It's so good! Made a huge batch. May freeze some. Nice comfort food for a rainy day.

While I made my own version I did find one recipe online which I used as a reference for the basics. I didn't want mixed veges (prefer corn or peas and went peas as I always do corn) and like mushrooms. I also used mashed potatoes from the deli at the grocery store vs. instant. Balance of time/taste

Chopped chives, onion and garlic powder, dried rosemary, salt, pepper ... and some red pepper flakes only because I like a little extra kick in the heat department sometimes. I would have added some Thyme but I was all out :P

Shepherds Pie this week but wanted to do something different. I made the base with ground turkey, mushrooms, peas, herb/spices, and a can of condensed mushroom soup and a little milk. This made the base creamy and almost "pot pie" like. The top was mashed potatoes with a layer of Mozzarella cheese.

I like that they are providing a "dislike phones" option in the next patch. Maybe that would prevent them from using a phone.

I felt like playing in CAS and wanted to make a SIM with no CC (except for the body muscle sliders, which don't affect the head). This guy came out fair enough. All vanilla game - hair, beard, brows, etc., is vanilla. Not even my usual skin overlay. I may play him as is or enhance later. #Sims4

It's really hard dealing with being alone. I deal with it a lot being old and on my own. I'm lucky I have a dog who takes the edge off although she is old too. I try to also be active online, that takes some edge off. At least it's a way to interact and know others are out there. 🫂

At least he isn't a merman swimming deep in the ocean (looks at Wolf and Ty). Nice butt though.
