I’m guessing the Trump administration decided to do this now because they know it will further hurt our economy and they’re betting on the idea that things will go back to normal by the mid-terms.

I will look it up today after work. Like many Americans, I’ve leaned more about our government and our Constitution since Trump took office than I ever did in school.
