That was profoundly insulting to pond scum.
TBH there’s a long line of people who’d really like to slowly convert his testicles into bloody oatmeal 1st.
It's stunning how ignorant the DOGE bros were who were sent into agencies. Justin Fox cannot even articulate in his own words what his "present understanding of DEI" is: he can't even formulate a coherent sentence about it. I wouldn't hire him for basic tech support. #NEH

These people are, to be blunt, substantially less intelligent than they believe they are.
Correction: it's hexavalent chromium
Drivers can get a government funded Hazmat carwash but by now many have washed their own cars in their own driveways.
😱 There was a chemical spill on a road in New Brunswick that contained chromium (exact type not clarified). It sat there for two days before the road was closed. It spread chromium waste over 14 kilometres (9 miles) of road and hundreds of cars. #ChemSky #ChemChat
It's good to know no one voted for people like Stephen Miller, Elon Musk and, apparently, Benjamin Netanyahu, but they all get to make world altering policy while wielding America as a weapon.
Londoners maybe don't understand how huge this is because they've got so many stations.
Glasgow has two and they're not set up to be easily interchangeable - Central goes everywhere south, Queen Street everywhere north.
The other thing is accessibility. Lots of stations surrounding Central (and much of the subway) are not step-free, so people rely on the lifts at Central.
I am genuinely not looking forward to trying to get to campus tomorrow.
My colleagues have been on this for a while unlike other media: www.glasgowtimes.co.uk/news/2591832...
Aerial view of the station showing that the building on fire is closer to the concourse and shops than the actual infrastructure
If you’re unfamiliar with Glasgow Central, here’s an aerial shot. The red circles dome has just collapsed- that building is the heart of the fire. The red dashed line is roughly where the train lines start. So the good news is hopefully the bulk of rail structures are not currently in danger.
Glasgow Central is the busiest station in Scotland, and 3rd outside of London.
Luckily no casualties reported yet, but leaving aside my personal interest in the Grade A listed buildings at risk- this is going to hit commuters and Scotland particularly very hard.
Reddit screenshot from Glasgow thread. Bright flames rising out the side of a Victorian building.
Video screenshot from Reddit. Building is now a shell with flames visible in every window.
The roof has collapsed embers rise into the night sky.
The fire at Glasgow central station is utterly devastating. Shops, homes and our transport link to England are being wiped out.
I am amazed by the limited news coverage.
A thing that’s shocking me about the lack of coverage is air safety info. Hi, Glasgow folk, from a Southern Californian transplant: ash from old buildings is super gnarly. Please wear a respirator if you need to be near the scene.
Queen Street is still available, but it goes different places!
The lack of press coverage for the enormous Glasgow fire makes me think of Grenfell in the sense that they sure don't give a shit whose home burns as long as they can't relate to the victims
Love to Glasgow tonight ❤️ please dig out some decent ffp2 masks if you're going to be in the centre for the next week (if you're not already masking). That amount of smoke will be causing breathing problems in healthy people, as well as babies, older people and those with respiratory conditions.
Breaking: SC newspaper verifies portions of Trump accuser's story. Textbook journalism. Local journalism. Support your local news outlets. www.postandcourier.com/news/epstein...
Every government building or shelter is on a target list. Why would the People go there? They're not. Not as long as bombs are dropping out of the sky. That has to end before anything can happen. And the People are going to need to be defended. They can't take on the military with sticks and stones.
If Donald Trump wants the people in Iran to rise up and take to the streets, then two important things must first happen:
1. The bombings have to cease. People are sheltering.
2. The People need an army in front of them who actually have guns to shoot the IRGC. The People are unarmed.
Beyond the President Trump's vitriol against judges in speeches and social media posts, his administration has launched a more systematic effort at the U.S. Supreme Court to diminish the power of the federal judiciary, a Reuters analysis shows. ...

Friends of Canadian Media asks an important question:
If you could redesign one part of CBC’s mandate, what would it be?
Stronger local journalism?
Less reliance on ads?
Greater regional voices?
More digital innovation?
What would you prioritize for Canada’s public broadcaster — and why?
#MadmanTrump is still gleefully kissing Putin's arse while Putin tells Iran where to target our military. Republicans are watching the devastation and death and doing nothing. And Zelenskyy is between a rock and a hard place in all of this. Ugh.
@jayinkyiv.bsky.social
Good place to send the DOGE brats.
A seventh U.S. service member has died from injuries sustained during Iran’s initial wave of attacks across the Middle East, the Pentagon said Sunday.
And do their best to focus on drafting non-white men.
This is the strategy for increasing young male employment & also the strategy for creating more home buying opportunities (by eliminating potential competing customers).
To be fair, the Trump regime dream of a “Greater North America” probably requires a lot of throwing around the weight of the military.
Way to go, young male voters, the Trump regime *is* thinking about boosting your job opportunities!
Some time in the '90s the GOP realized that both "read!" and "vote!" were partisan Democratic positions masquerading as general civic engagement, and that was the end of that
