ICE cannot have the unchecked power to target and kidnap our neighbors. But extremists in our Kansas legislature are trying to pass legislation that does just that.

The bipartisan consensus against ICE detention warehouses in cities large and small proves Kansas Citians, like most Americans, believe this DHS approach should be jettisoned and detention should align with Constitutional and policy standards in existence well before 2025.
