they didn’t leak it to make the shooter look innocent, but to make the victim look guilty. not guilty of a crime. guilty of having a visibly queer wife. guilty of liberalism. guilty of opposing the regime. they don’t seek to exonerate themselves, only to demonstrate who deserves to die.

I ended the year with 44 books. I am completely blown away with myself. I didn’t hit my goal of 50, but damn I was close.

I didn’t know that CapCut was part of the ban.
I managed to save all of my content off of TikTok but lost so much work content and educational videos on CapCut.

I had to put my dog down on Monday, I haven’t had access to my insomnia medication AND they are shutting down TikTok in hours.

Had one of those, “So, we’re not sleeping tonight” exec decisions from my brain last night and just went with it. Trying to do as much as I can with today while running in fumes before I conk out.

I can’t wait to get a bigger enclosure for them.

On my first visit to NYC after the pandemic, the outdoor dining everywhere was the biggest, most obvious positive change to the city. It felt neighborly, relaxing, and so New York. Like a city you could stroll in and enjoy. The senseless destruction of all this beautiful space for people is so sad.

If I dye my hair yellow and soak up the sun, maybe I can keep it with me until the dark days are done.

Oh no, this echo chamber I'm stuck in is full of amazing art, generous, kind people, and joy.
