yh Im thinking of doing the 30 mil one this year too- seems like fun
But I think originally with the trees a bit of human sacrifice was involved, like the trees sucking the life essence from the blood and the memories into a shared memory or network or some such

nahh I always saw Ned as a workmanlike swordsman, you'd want him at your back in the actual trenches over anyone, not in a duel- Ser Arthur Dayne with Dawn maybe.

tbh I did it last season as well on the bad place- and again tbh Im not sure why? I had a horrific season, I think it was at 5 mil in gwk 18 or 19, and clawed it back to 500k, became a matter of pride to post regardless of score. But Im really not sure why I saw it that way
