My sincere advice after doing 2 failed b2b startups over 22 months is this: most industries require a pre-existing network to be successful. Or an edge in distribution. Do not do a startup unless you have an unfair advantage.

6mo so I had to be on hold for 2 hours just to get one company letter faxed to me (they don't email). I used a free fax service online to receive it

Don't sleep on LinkedIn outreach for validating ideas. I've gotten about a 15% response rate on 1000 connection requests in the past 2 months. It's amazing. You guys have to try it. Use the trial or borrow a friend's account

My teammate was onboarding a new customer to the HR platform. But then all the screens showed no data. Quite embarrassing, had to end the call early. The issue was because there was two accounts for the same company. The latter was mistakenly made. Woopsies
