Also just realised I've only been on here to complain.

I AM enjoying Midnight I PROMISE. It's already beaten TWW for me and I was pretty generous to that expansion. Midnight is GOOD it just has some very glaring issues that really bother me.

Took so much as a cursory glance at the Hearthsteel stuff on the shop and I gotta be honest, they would have to pay me to take that decor.

These are the least enticing purchases I have ever witnessed.

I'm more fond of the Haranir than I expected to be, which makes it a real shame that this is absolutely the worst allied race ever put out.

Armour just doesn't work on them, I'm flabbergasted these things got out the door.

I don't attend a lot of public events on Argent Dawn , but I did attend one this weekend. I had fun, but there was one little thing that stood out: TRP3 pronoun field jokes. This isn't even a field that appears unless you explicitly choose it. You are not being funny, you are just going out of 1/2

Seeing vagueposts about blizz writing the day before expansion launch so since I don't trust my ability to mute the right people: I'll be taking a break from looking on this site for a bit while Midnight releases.

Cause I don't want to be spoiled, and I don't want my experience ruined by doomers.

And the actual slap in the face that it is, to have a toy exclusively for use on "Vanity" pets as a BATTLE reward. No sorry, all the pets you gathered, trained and used to earn this overly long pain in the ass of an achievement? This isn't for them, it's for the random lynx you'll click by accident.

What a ridiculous and absurd waste of time. The genuine pinnacle of "No Fun Allowed" - We took away your game mode and now we won't let you use our new toys on those pets, either.

ACTUALLY no reason. This restriction is entirely unnecessary and borderline malicious in its implementation.

There is NOTHING that can be gained by not letting a battle pet be click-controlled, just like there's nothing that can be gained from not letting you use the pet mirror on non-battle pets.

But OOPS! Turns out this toy only works for "Vanity Pets" and YOU'RE stupid for assuming that's the term going forward, since Midnight pets can't battle at all and they're not making more pet battle content.

Have fun using your shiny new toy on less than 10% of the pets in the game. Why? No reason

A 10 day commitment, requiring that you do 240 of the most boring slogs of pet battles in your life. No challenge, I lost maybe 3 times, simply swapped a single pet and ran it back instantly, just a massive waste of your time.

For a reward that WOULD have massively revolutionised RP.

I'm actually gonna rant about this sorry, this is the stupidest, most boring and most unnecessarily restrictive achievement and associated reward that I have EVER seen put in this game.

24 pet battle masters, using pets from 14 years ago, barely any of rare quality and all on a daily lockout.
