Flying back home later today, it’s been an incredible trip, hard to comprehend what we’ve squeezed into just 2 weeks out here, feels like we’ve done and seen so much. Every day almost has been a new location, new scenery and atmosphere

I love watching stupid American TV channels, the commercial breaks every few minutes are WILD.

Every ad is some wierd medication which is “ASK YOUR DOCTOR ABOUT NEW SHCWABBYWABBY” 8 seconds of advert & 3 minutes of “please don’t sue us as we list every single possible side effect, may cause death”

Yosemite was stunningly beautiful, I’ve always wanted to do a proper camping/hiking trip in a big US national park, this has just reinforced that desire.. definitely a summer trip though x) fly out, rent an RV, hit up Yosemite or Yellowstone or the Redwoods, too many choices there all beautiful

I was absolutely not prepared for how much snow we were going to encounter on this trip.

Also got utterly rekt and had to take a 3hr detour around a mountain because the pass was closed… but they didn’t tell you until you got to the pass

More importantly, I went in to the casino with $100 in cash being my limit prepared to lose it all. After an hour or so getting free drinks at blackjack table I left with $75. Happy result for a total beginner x)

I cannot even begin to comprehend or explain the sheer scale and sensory overload insanity that is Vegas.

It took all of that and blew my mind away.

Day 2 of the Grand Canyon… we got up early to see sunrise over duck rock as it’s supposed to be beautiful.

I… uh… was not expecting -2C and 1-4 inches of snow in ARIZONA
