Today, I attended the kick-off meeting of the Project Group on the European Savings and Investments Union ๐ช๐บ
Looking forward to contributing to the Groupโs work to ensure citizens get higher returns and companies can avail of investment.
Around โฌ10 trillion in citizensโ savings is held in low yield deposit accounts across the EU.
This means that many citizens who are in a position to do so are good at saving, yet are getting little in return.
