i can't remember if mine did. i just kinda assumed it'd be fine, as i've never had a jacket that's done that before, lol.
it’s a bummer, i love the first version (wore it for three years!) so i was looking forward to the upgrade, but my new jacket has more scrapes and bits of the shell flaking off after half of one winter.
like, the shell of the jacket hardens, almost like it’s freezing. it feels very crinkly to move in, if that makes any sense. the shell’s been flaking off at the joints (elbows, armpits) when it hardens.
has anyone else reported the shell of the latest version of the jacket becoming brittle in freezing temps? i got the first wave of the updated jacket and have been disappointed in it compared the the first version.
