Yeah Sea Star is awesome, sometimes game breaking. I used to stack the ones where you generate tidal waves that smash people into walls. You can just button mash your way through rooms in often as little as 2/3 seconds.

I have no idea. I think if you tried to do it today it wouldn’t work, but I wonder if there was a buggy period where it could happen and it never got fully resolved.

I think that’s the theory but given this guy has used his non full stop version for years now, it must somehow work sometimes or he’d have stopped by now. I just unsubscribe to everything he signs up for now.

It’s great isn’t it. I’ve seen most endings, I think, but still find some of the weapons really tricky/difficult to use well so end up mainlining one or two which is a real shame. I wish I enjoyed the writing more but after a while you just end up glazing over.

I have exactly the same issue. A man in his 50s in Florida uses my email address without a dot, on dating apps, to get his truck serviced, to manage his student loans and at one point to receive noods from a lady.

I get it in some ways, but at the same time I’m interested in reading your opinions on most things, not just games exclusively. At a certain point you earn that respect and people whose opinions align with yours will listen to anything you have to say.

I like left but honestly either is fine. Maybe make multiple colour schemes and let the user choose their own preference. You could add accessible high contrast and colour blind palettes, too.

I found it’s better to have the heating on all the time at a moderate temperature than off or low overnight, otherwise it can take a long time to get back up to temperature. You can’t call for heat quickly like you can with a combi boiler.

Did you get any sort of onboarding? We’ve had to considerably change how we run the heating and hot water and none of this was communicated properly. I now worry that that poor messaging is just going to amplify the heat-pumps-bad rhetoric that’s already doing the rounds thanks to Vince Dale.

Arc Raiders solo play has led to me unmuting the world on Xbox Live for the first time, probably, since the 360 GRAW days.

I downloaded the Xbox version hoping to do just that, but annoyingly there’s no dedicated server support. Was hoping they’d implement the same excellent shared world tech from Grounded but no bueno.
