I love this book and read it to young people whenever I can! As I told Enzo’s class, to identify emotions is the first step to learning to manage them and once you do that they can become your superpower!

NCAA Water Polo- men’s or women’s- has never had a champion from outside the state of California!
There has never been a runner up from outside the state of California!
Last night’s win vs Long Beach State is a first for the school to advance to the Final Four but here’s where it gets good. Let this sink in: (egg beater to prevent yourself from sinking too much!!)
