I’ve done it twice, and it’s felt weird both times. First was “The Dragonbone Chair” by Tad Williams. I just couldn’t get into it, even after the first 100+ pages. Second DNF was “The Neverending Story” by Michael Ende. I got about halfway through it, but the world rebuilding was too odd & boring.
I also don’t get the ire directed at Dr. Pulaski. Yeah, she was derogatory towards Data at first, but it seemed like she was coming around. I actually found her more interesting than Dr. Crusher at times. Would have liked to have seen her again in some form.
