This was excellent. Highly recommended

It my imagination or does this building look worried?
Spending a couple of days in Liverpool. Never been before. Anyone have any recommendations for things to do, aside from the main attractions?
Get on Antiques Roadshow too on the same week and I think you get a badge
π¨ It looks like the UK government is gearing up to upend copyright law in favour of AI companies, legalising the theft of their work.
This is despite creatives' huge protests, and despite previous proposals being roundly rejected by the public.
Please spread the word.

They called it the Bored of Peace. Just got misreported.
Finally got round to watching Sentimental Value. Beautiful film, maybe Jaochim Trier's best yet and a gorgeous score by Hania Rani
Going to see Deftones in town later, for the first time since about 2003. Will make me feel both very young and quite old simultaneously
Beautiful evening at the Barbican last night, watching the London Contemporary Orchestra play music by the late, much missed Johann Johannsson
Been meaning to catch up with this - very much liked all the director's previous films. Lovely score, too
I've got a load of very delicate, quiet acoustic guitar parts to record today so naturally the neighbour's got his drill out. In the room directly adjacent to my studio #thanksmate
Feeling acute second-hand embarrassment on behalf of anyone involved in this. Could only manage a few seconds of thr trailer
Grindcore has a very different meaning to me to whatever this crap is. For a second I thought these tech twats were all into Napalm Death or something
DADGAD is such an endlessly inspiring tuning to write music in #guitar
If he thinks global warming is a hoax, then why is he apparently so concerned about new shipping routes opening in the Arctic around Greenland? π€
Loved it
Just to keep us on our toes. Whole system seems to be designed to be as user-unfriendly as possible!
20.01.26 BallakΓ© Sissoko & Lorenzo Bianchi - Radicants

Well, this was lovely. Tim Key something of a national treasure by now #justwatched
19.01.26 Daniel Herskedal - Harbour
Spacious, serene Scandi jazz. Some really nice stuff on here. Heard about this guy first when he did a collab with one of my favourite singers, Emilie Nicolas, a few years back.

18.01.26 Evan Gildersleeve - Wake EP
Stunning EP. First and last tracks in particular

Beautiful album.

16.01.26 Public Service Broadcasting - The Last Flight
Really eclectic. Gorgeous opening track

15.01.26 65daysofstatic - Mimik
This is great. More overtly techno than I remember from them on previous albums. Can hear some Autechre influence in the last track, too. Hope to see them live again, some time.

14.01.26 RΓΆyksopp - Profound Mysteries
An abundance of lush synths on this. Hadn't heard any RΓΆyksopp since Melody FM. Ace production.

At this point they may as well put one of those eagles on there for good measure
13.01.26 Vega Trails - Tremors in the Static
Another really nice album from the always-reliable Gondwana Records stable

12.01.26 Daniel Avery - Tremor
Loved this. Was a casual fan before, but this has much more punchiness and grit than any stuff of his I've heard previously. Lush, shoegazy synths and waves of distortion. Reminded me of the last few Trentemoller releases, in places.

11.01.26 Greg Spero - POP-OLOGY (γγγγΈγΌ)
This is apparently jazz renditions of pop songs. They're either highly obscured / jazzified or I don't know any pop music as none of it sounds remotely familiar. Love the bass sound on this

Can anyone recommend funny accounts to follow on here? Kind of want to recreate what twitter used to be like, way back before it turned into the 7th circle of hell
