Oh the scramble for manufacturers to go to TMC2208/9 drivers rather than A49898 (I think!).
Although, after upgrading my Ender-3, I did miss the music of a circular layer π

If you are interested, even slightly, in FDM printing and how it works at the macro level this video, by @lostintech.co.uk, is worth a watch. Gorgeous slow-mo footage, educational bits and even googly eyes!

He's right about 2019 too - used to go to the cinema a lot but, post pandemic, there's so few films worth going to see\being released.
As someone in IT who has just hit 60, and exhausted, I've recently told my bosses that Azure was the last thing I'd pivot too before retiring - so much change from when I started. Exhausting is right.
Same with boxes and anything else that gets carried by actors - we can tell when they're empty you muppets, just put a brick in it at the very least!
Having many years of experience of being the scapegoat, in the IT industry, I believe that I'm a good fit for this role.
Can we talk numbers (I'll expect low balling, bad career options, and poorly written role responsibilities as standard obviously!) π€£
Probably because when you were 6 you actually went looking for them in ponds etc. Grown-ups rarely take the time to stop and look.
Screenshot of the error I get on Chrome when trying to access a model on printables.com
Is it just my setup that get's this for any model page on printables when using Chrome (Chromium)? Works fine on Firefox.

Let's face it, the trend only started to hide the fact that new builds could get away with using breezeblock instead of brick for the outer face, saving money for the housebuilders.
Just saw this on the 'other' site. Looks to be a switching head style so 2 filaments loaded and quick(er) switching. Again, no idea if these are real leaks or not.
Another pic has emerged. Is this a switching toolhead? Interesting idea to speed up print time, having 2 filaments in 'play'
....And now I can't unsee that π€£
I was going, it's relatively close to me, but the weather (I live on the West coast side) has put paid to my plans. I'm certainly not driving and the local trains are suffering cancellations.
Leaked photo of Bambulabs new printer - the H2D. I don't have the source, so can't be sure it's real, but looks to have been leaked in China. #3dprinting #3dprint

It's not too bad and many options - the train from the airport to Manchester Oxford Road takes about 30 mins and it's a 3 min walk to the Uni from there.
Taxi\car is about 10 miles but traffic can be awful so public transport is better if you can.
That's been my brain's mantra for years now π€£
I'll second Lebara. After trying all of the carriers 2 years ago, it had the best coverage around the north West and cheap compared to the main carriers.
This is, technically, an Advent Calendar.
My first thought was FFS, why!
But then I read the checklist and it actually makes sense.
Slightly related to this, I wish slicers placed smaller items randomly on the plate rather than always centred, to even out the wear. Yes,I know you can do it easily enough but I'm too lazy π
Are you trying to turn this into a butt....joint π€£

Sorry, I'll get my coat!
Came to the same conclusion after they started that 'getting low on space, sign up for the next level' when I've only hit 50% of the current subscription.

I'll add my vote for the K1. Rushed out and an incomplete product. Mine does print but it needs babying.
The difference between that and the A1 that I bought after is night and day.
