This study found that women with hyperandrogenic PCOS reached menarche an average of 1.8 years earlier than those without PCOS. This means that for healthcare providers and parents/caretakers, early menarche could be a warning sign of #PCOS.

Researchers @uwaterloo.ca found that adults with better nutrition had significantly lower odds of an overnight hospital stay, visiting a hospital emergency room, or seeing a doctor for an infection when followed up three years later.
