1/2 📚 I had a fabulous time last night watching POCK, the latest dark tale to escape the vaults of Weeping Bank Library, at the Old Red Lion Playhouse in Islington. Pictured here with ‘The Librarian’ himself. A great reminder of how powerful live performance can be.
A creepy and uncanny Sunday night witnessing the reading of two Gothic tales.
The first tale is a ghost story, in the vein of Edith Nesbit and M.R. James.
The second segment is about witchcraft that fits well in the folk horror category.
