update: it runs fine on the Steam Deck

Slay the Spire 2 technically runs on my laptop. I get the company logo, hear some background music, but the game never loads, after 5+m, multiple times. hopefully it runs on the Steam Deck?

my father was an abusive alcoholic. our whole family would be punished in various ways when his mood soured. some of my earliest memories involve consoling Mom and getting her to come back into the house while my brother calmed Dad down. we were in elementary school.

I used to do this constantly. thankfully I do it less now...

i hate war. i cry tears for the innocent dead. there's no need for any of what's happening. there's no proper consequences nor accountability. the citizens of neither the aggressors nor the victim states want this. the false narratives of "strong men" and preemptive strikes for peace are so hollow.
