Yes - we’ve done every year since the infamous 2021 race. It was a nice addition this year with the historic cars.

Abu Dhabi on Saturday night - Masters Historic Race.

Historic race had ISO Marlboro FW03, 1977 March, 2x FW07C and an FW08. It was brilliant to see them run. Shame one of the 07C’s ran into the back of a Tyrrell in front of me.

I was pleased it was a clean race without any controversy. All three main protagonists came out of it positively in my view.

His ‘82 FW08 yesterday in Abu Dhabi.

Met him at an exhibition that he held in the mid-80s - he was a lovely chap.

I’m grateful of a weekend-off when there’s no race.

This will be my fifth live Abu Dhabi GP and third title decider (Ver/Ham ; McLaren/Ferrari and now this three-way fight). I just hope it’s a clean race without any controversy.

Although I’d like to see #landonorris win the WDC, I really do hope he leaves it for a week, as I’ll be at Abu Dhabi and would like a bit of jeopardy to keep it exciting.
