I wouldn’t. The wood filler will just break off. The only way to properly fix it would be to remake or just replace if you can find the part online
80 or 120 will be fine. Don’t go overboard just get not so scruffy looking
That wooden runner has seen better days. Might sand it a little and get rid of the splinters. Then wax.
Wooden drawer runners look like this
I assumed these drawers are in an older piece of wooden furniture. If you take the drawer out , what is guiding it while it moves? Is it a metal drawer slide, wooden runners or is the drawer box just sliding inside the chest? Whatever the case is, wax what’s rubbing. Soap will even work in a pinch.
If they are just sticking, get some paste wax and give the draw runners a good smear.
Yeah, it depends on how much it’s handled I guess. Time will tell.

I’m good. No injuries
Wood jammed under gib in planer and exploded my blade, bent the gib and ate my piece.
Planer fixed hopefully. Chip breakers(gibs) and blades replaced. Damage mitigated. Cost? $45 in parts and $100 in time. #woodworking #failure #repairs
