Washington State, along with a few others, are 💯 vote by mail. Despite intense scrutiny in some close elections there has been no fraud found. There is no way infrastructure could be built to return to physical precincts.

I think this is also a test of NATO. US will be attacked in one way or another, perhaps even a terrorist attacking. He will invoke NATO mutual defense… which will get turned down. He will use that to exit NATO.

Through all this Putin wins.
