Continuing my thoughts on climate. Leadership needs to continue to be humble in all we do. This year started off with many situations where I could have reciprocated the feelings back, but instead, I took the humble road, and all crises were averted. How do you stay humble and calm in situations?

I have been thinking a lot about what it takes to foster a school climate and how much of it relies on leadership. I told my P, her empathy for others pours out of her, which in turn creates a place of trust. How do other leaders foster this climate with community and school?
