Photoshoot for Salute 53 game of Snorkers ( Good Oh!) underway. No catwalk, but a nice sea matt is the setting for the photos.
The rules are from In Which They Served Games - www.inwts.co.uk
See the full game at Salute on 11th April

At last ….. they are back at the top of the painting list….
Just need to recall how I painted the test base over 12 months ago!
#shedowar #wargaming #wargames #6mm
Oh I am sure of it. Shorted all the airlines and cruise ship stocks too. Of course this sort of thing has happened before, but the scale of it now is unbelievable.
What is the basic unit, a platoon or section?
I paint them on using cheap acrylic paint.
I think he and his cronies should be applauded at pushing the oil price to $119 a barrel last night, only to see it crash back to $85…… not saying the market has been manipulated…..but it sure looks that way.
Last 3mm “Cold War gone Hot” painted and based. Warsaw Pact tanks and command bases, BAOR Warriors IPC and command bases and finally some US command bases. All for FFTOWs using @iainf.bsky.social unit activation system.

I hope you do too.
Great set of rules!!
I succumbed to subliminal messages & got some Royal Navy destroyers for Mediterranean action 1942-43 & some Vichy French as a potential enemy for the Allies for Operation Torch.
All for Snorkers(Good Oh!) tabletop rules from In Which They Served Games. #shedowar #snorkersgoodoh #wargames #wargaming
I believe that 6mm is the correct size of figures to fit the IABSM ground scale. You rarely see games in 6mm, but when they are posted on Facebook or here, they do look very cool (especially the Russian Front games)
Is this the same Donald Trump who threatened to annex Greenland? Just checking…….
#hertsoflard yesterday & 2 great games that I was lucky enough to play in - Diggers first day run by Johnno, Aussies vs Italians in the desert, & The Devil take the hind mast(KMH2) run by Charlie. Call out to all the players in each game, well played all, great fun.Thank you

Baggage added to the first Sho’T. The additional bin at the back really enhances the model and matches photos from the 1982 operation. Looking forward to painting these next week

That is a restaurant in West Wickham.
My boys in action East of Java….
Well, more likely 12 months to get tired of them !
Archived so refer back to it when you sell it next year……😂😂😂
2/2 I use wire & superglue. Make the mast & crossbar before putting on the model. Add any supports after. Be patient! It becomes easy after-a few tries.
Removing the old masts. I use a modelling knife. Be careful, the resin will shatter. Can be Easier to clip some bits off. Use a file to smooth off
1/2 Tbh I started doing quite basic masts, but as things progressed and I ventured into doing cruisers and a few battleships, I upped my game, and the masts became more complicated.
I always refer to the photos or schematics of the real ships to get a clearer picture of the size of the masts.
