So in a weird way, the fall was good because ... the mass is small so that is better than big.

He had a bone marrow transplant in ... I want to say 2018 ... for Lymphoma ...never was himself again after that. I don't think people grasp what a trauma that experience is and how draining.

OK so big update was that a close family member fell, got injured and had to get an x-ray. It showed a mass in his lungs so he got sent for a CT. The CT showed the Bad Kind of mass (spiculated) so now he has to get a biopsy ... He had cancer a few years ago so ... this is Not Great.

Hey all -- I got sick + we got news about a close family member with cancer + I fell and got injured cause I do not have the right mobility aid + there is movement against that serial predator so a lot is going on. They do this often for exercise headlines too: "Sitting is the new smoking." No it is not. I am a PhD student and I sometimes sit 10 h a day, especially when working on my dissertation.

I don't think we need such ridiculous headlines to encourage a more active lifestyle.

It's so good! I use it in a lot of things, even to make a porridge or a crisp. I even make a spread with it. So versatile and really good nutrition, too.

This recipe also says you can use pine nuts and I have a little bag of those in the freezer from making pesto and mmmmm that sounds so good.

obvs. you could make this with almonds but atm I do not have them and also this is just a little something different.

I am making a marzipan-like paste but super high in iron because it is made with tigernut flour and ground sprouted pumpkin seeds. Also allulose instead of sugar. This will go into some treats I am making for a family birthday thing.
