Dollar-linked 'stablecoins' rise in popularity among African users Cryptocurrencies linked to the US dollar are gaining in popularity for cross-border payments, writes Harry Clynch

Stablecoins cut out banks to lower transfer fees, can travel across borders and protect savings in unstable currencies by pegging to more stable ones like the USD or EUR. I feel like I’ve seen the most traction in in African countries.

Being able to write well as it relates to product & design isn’t about the writing itself. Narrative construction gives you ways to define scaffolds of reasoning; you can see the arc in the story; you can communicate mental models and mindsets; you to make others care, to feel something.

Final answer: it depends. Is it for mobile only or for a responsive site? Usually on mobile only I’d vote for the one on the right. It’s wider so can have better text line length on smaller screens. I also feel like that pattern can allow for flows better than the left.

With over 80,000 reads this is the top highlight from the post:
"The problem was I didn’t understand that some type scales are better suited to the needs of certain website archetypes more then others. I wasn’t thinking about the wholistic demands of the site and what type scale it would require."
