Important is that we did not train or encourage her to use the toilet. (I know you're not supposed to go against their burying instinct.) She did it all by herself.
I love many of you from afar, and I hope that makes you feel a little better, at least, to know. It's the least I can do.

*thumbs up* Many folks play all sorts of RPGs, tabletop or computer, this way--especially complicated games. The good fun is the important point. Well-made games make finding the fun easy.

Oh my god, I just learned that @tinstargames.bsky.social has died. Many of us knew Steve: his drive to create TTRPGs like Relics, his activism and scathing criticism of bad actors, his many game reviews. The Aussie gaming community and the hobby at large has lost another prolific talent.

A resume and portfolio are enough for hiring. Companies that also require skill tests should pay test takers. When possible, such tests should also be real work. Tests that could be real work, but aren't, waste time and resources for everyone involved. (Sadly, I have made and taken such tests.)
