Firefox has vertical tabs these days, if you liked Arc for that feature. Zen Browser, a fork of Firefox, is maybe the closest thing to Arc.

Nice for testing endpoints indeed. But I don't get the 2 included test cases, why test it with the "fake" method. These kinds of tests should test the logic of the policy methods.
