I posted an update on x and I'll post it here too: the pipe has been fixed. Apparently there was actually a leak and no one bumped the pipe. The pipe simply burst and the city was losing water rapidly. With the water fixed, I feel like the commissions can be placed as typical ones. Thank u everyone💜
