There is special election on Tuesday to replace Rep Sylvester Turner who died in office. The most likely winner will be a Dem, but after this election, there will be 2 reps to be sworn in. Hopefully this will put more pressure on Mike Johnson to swear in Grijalva as well as the new rep.

After Tuesday's election, there should be another Democrat that needs to be sworn in. The special election in Houston to replace Sylvester Turner will result in another member of Congress to be sworn in. Can Johnson hold up 2 representatives?
