A bumper Friday began with schools events from @Kate Pankhurst and Tom Vaughan, and ended with headliner Mick Herron's conversation with the Emmy-award winning Will Smith about espionage, writing and those infamous Slow Horses @hachettelibrary.bsky.social #JerseyCI /5

Thursday evening at Freedom Centre began with Lee Durrell discussing the legacy of the late Gerald Durrell. The night continued as bestselling crime writers Elly Griffiths and Peter James captivated the audience with insights into their craft @panmacmillan.bsky.social #litfest #literaryfestival /4

Our Schools Programe continued with packed school events for Helen Rutter (who lead pupils through a 'choose their own adventure' story) and Patrick Kane's talk on human bionics; both followed on from yesterday's JCG talk from Tia Fisher @bonnierbooksuk.bsky.social @harpercollins.bsky.social /3

Wednesday evening began with a dive into the filming and writing of 'Ocean: Earth's Last Wilderness' with studio director Colin Butfield before @brianbilston.bsky.social took to the stage of Freedom Centre Jersey for an evening of poetry and laughter /2
