There are any number of studies that show that it's only the rate of DIAGNOSIS that's increasing. Actual autism rates have been stable for 50+ years.

The "best work" of Frith was SORT OF scientifically sound but was already extremely ideologically charged. Of course she wouldn't "caught up" with an approach even remotely close to "listen to autistic ppl".
