The pain gets worse as the day goes on and by the time I’m off work I’m struggling to walk home.

I’m scared at how painful my body has become in the past year.

I’m in pain, I’m always in pain. My left knee is still numb from my fall in November and the back of my right knee is now strained. Kneeling, squatting, or bending down is really painful. Unfortunately my job requires me to do those actions constantly..

I’m sad, my wedding ring was rapidly tarnished some how recently. I’m guessing it reacted with the chemicals we clean with at work.

Nothing is more motivating than starting a 7 day work week /s

At least I get next weekend off and I get to see project Hail Mary as early as possible

Next month I reaaally wanna get a switch 2 and pokopia 🥺 I hope I can swing it

I gotta figure out how to take care of my body the way it needs to. I’m in a lot of pain recently when I finish work or go on long walks. After walking or standing all day, resting makes my legs incredibly stiff and painful to move and usually makes me hobble until it’s bearable to move normally.
