The primary is Standard and the replica is Enterprise. I would think the issue would happen when adding multiple databases to a single AG.

Was offloading reporting onto a replica. Endpoints talk with certs. No windows clustering but I’ve done similar setups without issue.

When setting up AGs, what causes the Availability Mode to default to “Configuration Only” and no other option?

Can’t find documentation.
