yess!! i kinda fell backwards into it, but im vice president on a nonprofit board for an events company that puts on monthly art markets :3 when i’m not vending them i volunteer on the staff side, but even when im vending the volunteers come over and (lovingly) harass me regardless LOL

if you struggle with “making friends as an adult” i implore you to try volunteer work. i have honestly met the most wonderful, kind, and welcoming people through my position at a nonprofit and continue to be blessed with opportunities to meet even more 🥺
