Gotcha. Zapier has (or at least used to) have a natural language action product embedded within ChatGPT which did that.

Both are still in beta so YMMV. I think your use case will be a common reality soon 🤞🏿

I have! Once used it to create a customer satisfaction score as a proxy for quality of a certain product. We didn't build the NLP models ourselves though. Happy to share more

One was my first job ever so I didn't really know anything anyway. The second was Expedia which was my first job in tech so again, I didn't really know what I was doing.
The two jobs I've had where I've had the least impact per hours worked, on reflection I didn't understand how the companies made money
