I also live in the 9th, and I have felt and continue to feel that the "she's not from here" thing is EXTREMELY overblown and silly. It has literally nothing to do with how effective a legislator you feel she will be.

This is just definitively untrue. This is basically a myth. Even burnt CDs have been found to have *at least* 30 years of lifespan, but CDs functionally can last your whole life in most cases.

CDs are:
1) Much cheaper
2) Take up Less Space
3) Are a practically indestructible lossless form of media
