But yeah, unlike others I'd tried like fedora it works great on a desktop pc, works great with multi-monitors, has the optimal implementation of "Workspaces" in that I can entirely fucking forget they exist and 90% of settings, UI elements and features are where you'd expect them to be.

The only thing I needed to do to get used to it was installing a GUI based app-browser called Discover because I'm just not built to use terminal on the regular unless I absolutely have to.

Plasma is the real key for feeling windows-like though. It doesn't reinvent the wheel and feels great for it.

Cachy OS with the KDE Plasma Environment (And Limine bootloader) is the one I've been slowly moving to.

It's Arch based without being horrendous to install, has a one click for all of the game driver stuff you need, was alright to get my head around even as a stupid baby newbie & is user friendly.
