Saw the 2nd to last show. The demon barber’s blade made blood petals fly from necks. Leslie Margherita was such a great Mrs. Lovett. In utter awe of her. I have never seen a better “a Little Priest,” which felt especially timely. Eminently practical. And yet appropriate as always.

Saw Nirvanna the Band the Show the Movie knowing nothing about it. Loved it. Constantly surprising. Amazed at how it the filmmakers pulled it off. It’s a this-is-why-I-love-going-to-movies movie that I want to tell everyone about. Go see it.

Arguably the most vile human on the planet is taking time away from facilitating the shooting, beating, blinding, and kidnapping of a populace to trash Star Trek. For reasons that are nakedly racist, misogynist, and intolerant. Which means you should watch and support Star Trek.
It’s always a good week when a new Star Trek premieres. I haven’t seen Starfleet Academy yet but can’t wait for it. Excited for my friends who’ve been working on this for years to have their creative and technical labor of love out in the galaxy finally.
