For starters I suggest check Proko's website , I haven't bought a course but from the sample videos they look very high quality and value.

I believe the more personalized and human the classes, the better. Meaning we learn best in-person, of course that's more expensive. If you can afford it,awesome, if not, books and online courses are still good options.

My advice is choose a method for learning that suits you best (books, course, one on one classes), just pick any subject where you feel weaker/more interested in, and start doing the lessons. That's the important part , pick a bite of theory and then practice practice until you feel you get it.

I felt like that for a long time and finally I took a class on color online.with weekly assignments, a discord for students to give and receive critique, It definitely has been a great push for faster and deeper learning following a structure.

Ah good to know I'm not crazy. I was thinking the blur could also be from the code to display zooming into the image.

ok so apparently at 2000 pixels, images look fine on Bluesky on desktop , but for some reason they look blurry on mobile. this isn't an issue on other social media.

Art as a hobby is fine! Same for writing. Please don't give up on the little things that make you happy. Try to make the time to find it fun again. Like go into it with a carefree attitude, no expectations, just experimentation and doodles for things that come to your mind.
