My 305th Parkrun...31 48 on the tough Finsbury Park...It is difficult to overstimate the pleasure I get out of Parkruns ... it's a massive effort but rewarded with endorphins and a feeling of wellness. Plus the great camaderie. Try it. You will never look back.
