JWST found well-formed galaxies earlier than expected, before black hole formation should've been possible.
Could black hole cosmology explain this? If matter had pre-cooled and formed heavy elements before crossing the event horizon, could that explain the timeline issues?

I use "If you're going to make shit up instead of listening to my words, why bother talking to me at all? You can use your imagination without wasting my time." I used it in a work meeting one time and it significantly improved communication moving forward.
This. I feel that a lot of it stems from the indirect communication of neurotypicals. They all talk and listen with deeper meanings/alternate meanings. They assign things to our words that we didn't communicate to them.

Caffeine only provides me benefits in the area of focus. Not alertness or energy level. It's easier for me to focus and do things I don't find interesting when I drink around 150mg or so. No more than twice a day.

That makes sense. I've done long road trips where I left at night so my family can sleep and they struggled to sleep sitting up.
I wouldn't know, honestly. I've never flown. But it did suck. I feel terrible today.
I went to the hospital last night for a severe asthma attack and almost passed out during blood work. Silver lining, I may have discovered the cause of my asthma thanks to the blood work.
