I am so incredibly stressed. Between work, this, fixing up our house, trying to be a good dad, and more. I am just completely overwhelmed. And it's not going to get better. Immediately after closing, we need to start working on moving utilities, moving the kiddo to the new school, fix the old house.

Follow up post. We went to the house ourselves and the owners allowed us to clean it up some to check the damage. Nothing serious, but I need to check the grommets on the metal roof when it's warmer and dry and make sure there's no leaks.

No no no! We close tomorrow! I cannot handle any more stress in my life. This was one of the trees we were planning on cutting down at the beginning of April just for this reason! I'm completely lost at what to do here.

Closing week for this new house. Of course the bank has decided to get stupid. You know those addendums they've had for an entire month? Now they're bad and need to be redone. Like... Why? Why did you wait until now? Sigh...

I'm absolutely doing this to my next house. I want to install some smart devices like heating only the rooms we're in / using, possibly lights, and cameras, but I want it on a home server I control. But finding stuff like that is extremely hard sometimes.

They've been working hard near every day at getting better with their art. They've come so far even in the last year. I highly recommend sharing your refs with them so they can keep practicing!
