There are a thousand reasons Musk& his minions should not legally have access to the social security records, and it’s not just financial/payments. It’s overall privacy rights. For example — just 1 example — these records are the most efficient way to ID/find every trans person.

Somehow President Biden’s unauthorized, ineffective, and still ongoing conflict with the Houthis isn’t generating the same controversy as his pardon decision.

Stronger textual basis for the pardon than this conflict with the Houthis.
